LIMITATIONS REGARDING THE BOHR MODEL: A DEEPER LOOK

While groundbreaking for its time, the Bohr model possessed several shortcomings that ultimately proved to be its superseded. One primary limitation was its failure to accurately predict the spectra of multi-electron atoms. The model also failed to demonstrate phenomena like quantumjumps. Furthermore, its deterministic nature contradicted with the
